Real-World Proofing
Training moves out of the living room into sidewalks, stores, and environments where behavior actually breaks down.

01 · Program
Reliable everyday obedience — leash manners, impulse control, doorway behavior, place, sit, down, and recall taught with clarity so your dog listens the first time.
The program
Most dogs know commands in the living room. The problem shows up at the front door, on the sidewalk, or when guests arrive. That's where obedience either holds — or falls apart.
This program builds reliable control where daily life actually happens: sit and place under distraction, heel on walks, calm door and guest manners, and proofing in public settings so your dog listens when it matters.
Every plan starts with an honest behavior assessment. You leave with clear daily structure and the coaching to maintain it — not a dog who only performs for the trainer.
The offer
Six to eight private sessions built around your dog's temperament, your household, and the specific behaviors you want changed. Sessions happen at Heaven Hill and in the real-world environments you actually live in.
Process
Every engagement follows the same predictable arc so you and your dog always know exactly where you are in the journey.
An honest read of what's happening — triggers, environments, and your goals.
A structured roadmap built around your dog's temperament and your daily routines.
Core obedience in controlled settings before adding real-world complexity.
Sessions in the environments where your dog currently struggles.
You learn the system. Your dog keeps the structure. Results that last.
The result
A calm, respectful companion who listens without repeated cues.
When the program ends you have a dog who settles, waits, walks politely on leash, and answers to their name — and a household that feels lighter because of it.
